What will you be doing?
Taking Notes — Exceptional quality demands attention to the details — all of them
Scheduling — deploying trades as needed in the correct sequence
Problem solving — Challenges arise daily on the job site
Cleaning — Everyone is responsible for jobsite cleanliness
Safety — ensure all trades are following safe working protocols
Email — Organizing Email and corresponding on behalf of owner
Budget — Tracking Invoices and keeping budgets up to date
Presentations — preparing and updating sales presentations
Meetings — booking meetings with clients, prospects and vendors
Projects — Managing day to day work at various locations
Marketing — Gaining company exposure and coordinating marketing events
Sales — Meeting with prospects
Learning — you are either learning or dying
Personal — occasionally you may help with the company founders with personal errands
We are looking for a self-starter that wants to get started in the home building or construction industry. This position will be part-time initially, but has the capacity to grow to a full-time or project management position.
You will be involved in all facets of running a business including sales, marketing, operations, scheduling, project management and design. Our clients demand the best and we want people who hold themselves to high standards and expect those around them to perform at the same levels.
